Located in the same building as

Erie Canal Park |
The remnants of the Erie Canal
walls and aqueducts. Now filled with green grass, flower gardens and restored towpath, this is a lovely park for
a rest bit with a feeling of nostalgia.

Veteran's Memorial Park |
Located across the street from
the Erie Canal Park the newly constructed memorial is a tribute
to all of Jordan's present and fallen military heroes.

Erie Canal Parkway |
This park is located on the east
side of the village. It offers an entrance to the trail
heading east for 10 miles to Camillus. Located there is
free parking and a pavilion complete with two fireplaces for
daily use.
North Beaver Street

Erie Canal Trail |
The trail has been recently
updated and renewed. It is the original historic towpath.
You can access this trail from four areas in the village.
At Hamilton Road, North Main Street, Chappell Street and Beaver
Street. You can walk, hike, bike, run and snowmobile for
many many miles across Central New York. There are
numerous historical markers, kiosks and canal architecture to
stop and gaze upon.

Erie Canal Lock 51 |
Lock 51 is an amazing example of
the canal engineering. Recent improvements has made it a
wonderful park with picnic tables and benches.

Lock Tender's House |
The Lock tender's House that
stood at Lock 51 was moved to the Festival Grounds next to
Ramsdell Elementary School. It gives you a look at where
you would have been spending your time as you waited for the
canal boats to arrive. The lock tender was the person who
worked the lock.

Kenneth Bush Sr. Park |
This little park offers a small
parking area with fishing access to Skaneateles Creek.
Noted in Fly Fisherman's Magazine in a February 1997 edition as
one of the best fly fishing creeks in all of New York.

The public outdoor pool offers
swimming programs, concession stand, playground, picnic area and
new Spray Park.

Wheeler's Farm and Home |
This business is located in the
only surviving gristmill in the Village. The White Mill,
as it was known, has been restored and contains some original
equipment. It is a step back in time.

Area Cemeteries |
Jordan has four cemeteries that
date back into the early 1800s and are the final resting places
of many of the prominent residents of Jordan's past.
